Refunds

If the service is not for you, write to support@hindsightmarkets.com within 14 days of your first charge and we will refund it — one refund per account. Refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record, back to the card you paid with.

Cancelling

Cancel at any time from the Billing tab in Settings — “Manage billing” opens the store’s own portal, where the cancellation happens. Cancelling stops the next charge and keeps your access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Your rights as a consumer

If you are a consumer in Australia, the Australian Consumer Law gives you guarantees and remedies that apply in addition to this policy and are not excluded by it.
