What we store

Your email address, your name and a hash of your password (or, if you sign in with Google, the link to that Google account — never its password). Then what you make in the service: replay sessions, simulated trades and their executions, journal entries and reviews, playbooks, watchlists, workspace layouts, chart templates, colour themes, alerts, annotations, saved scans, and the record of your subscription (its status and dates — never a card number).

Cookies

The app sets one credential cookie, which keeps you signed in; it is HttpOnly and is not readable by scripts. A Google sign-in sets two short-lived cookies and clears them again: one carries the sign-in in progress — including the email address Google returned — and is also HttpOnly; the other is a plain flag that tells the page the link succeeded. There are no advertising cookies and no analytics cookies.

Analytics

This site and the app load no third-party product-analytics or session-replay script today — nothing records your screen or replays your session. The app does report errors to Sentry, named above, which is how a crash reaches us. When a product-analytics tool is added it will be named here, will identify you only by an account id, will mask what you type, and will never record the order ticket, the journal editor or the feedback dialog.

Who processes it, and where

We are an Australian business and your data is stored in Germany. As of 4 September 2026 the companies that process it for us are: Hetzner (hosting, in a German data centre), Cloudflare R2 (object storage), Lemon Squeezy (billing — they hold the payment details, we hold only the subscription's status), Sentry (error reporting), and Resend (email delivery). Those companies operate in several countries, so your data leaves Australia. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone else.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account exists. Delete the account and it goes with it.

Your data is yours

You can export your trades, executions, metrics and reviews as CSV files from the journal at any time, with or without a subscription. You can delete your account from Settings; that deletes everything listed above.
